Finnish Credit Union is the only one of its kind in all of North America. We have been serving the Finnish community, as well as our neighborhood community since 1958. As a member of Finnish Credit Union you are an owner. You have the right to vote at our annual meetings when positions are being filled for the Board of Directors. You also have the right to vote on changes to by-laws. When we have a profitable year we pay dividends to our member-owners. We are on a first name basis with the majority of our members and offer friendly and personalised service. We proudly serve our members in English, Finnish or even Finglish and offer what big banks cannot - we treat our members as people instead of just numbers. We encourage our members to tell their family and friends about us so that they too can enjoy the many benefits of making the switch to a credit union.
